How to find me:

Directions to Wesleyan University Physics Department
Exley Science Center, 2nd Floor
Corner of Pine/Church Sts.
From points North…
Take I-91 South past Hartford.  Take exit 22S to route 9.  Note that this exit is on the LEFT side of the highway.  You reach Middletown in about 5 miles.  At exit 15 (the second stop light), turn right onto Route 66 West; this is Washington St.  Go through the Middletown business district.  At the 5th light (including the one at the exit), just before the tree-lined green on the left, you’ll see a Wesleyan sign; turn left onto High Street.  Take High Street South along the center of campus, past four stop lights.  One block after the fourth stop light, turn right onto Lawn Avenue. Go past the greenhouse one block along, and you will see Exley Science Center.  The building is an ugly 6 story modern building with glass in most of the main level. Park around Lawn Ave.  There is a parking lot that you can access from Lawn Avenue, that is open to all after 5pm (although they only check this lot in the morning!). There is also ample street parking.
From points South…
Take I-91 north from New Haven to exit 18 to Route 691/66 East; alternatively take the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15 North), to exit 68 to Route 691/66 east.  Drive about 5 miles to reach Middletown. Route 66 becomes Washington Street in Middletown. Less than half a mile after you go under a railway overpass, you reach an intersection with a a tree-lined green ahead on the right.  At this intersection, turn right on Vine St.  Vine St. ends at a stop light where you will turn left onto Cross/Church St (name changes at this intersection).  After one block you reach a stop sign, and you will see Exley Science Center.  The building is an ugly 6 story modern building with glass in most of the main level.  Go right and park on or around Pine St.  There is a parking lot behind the building, accessed from Lawn Avenue, that is open to all after 5pm (although they only check this lot in the morning!). There is also ample street parking.

My office is room 227, at the opposite end from the elevators.
